They called and let me know they could do the job this morning and informed me that they had other jobs ahead of me. What impressed me was they kept me informed during the day as to where I was in line. They came as they promised!

Great communication skills! Accepted a CashApp transfer from me. Please work on being patient. The work was done, but when I asked for a dig out and I couldn’t get out they were a little inpatient. Please tell them everything you want done up front and possibly in writing so there’s no disagreements.

Details: I'm flexible • I do not need salt and de-icing • Sidewalk • Driveway • Walkway / path • Less than 500 sq ft (~2 car driveway) • Flat • I just need snow plowing for my residence

Mr. Benson is my hero! He was willing to take on the job of removing the frozen, snowy mess at the end of my driveway even though he had a LOT of snow-bound customers. He cleared the mess left by the snow plows, faster than I ever could. He kept me posted on his ETA so I knew when to expected him. I would definitely hear him a gain!
