Mr. Benson is my hero! He was willing to take on the job of removing the frozen, snowy mess at the end of my driveway even though he had a LOT of snow-bound customers. He cleared the mess left by the snow plows, faster than I ever could. He kept me posted on his ETA so I knew when to expected him. I would definitely hear him a gain!

Benson Hualing & Trash did an excellent job clearing the snow from my driveway. Based on the other Thumbtack pro's who responded Benson's estimate $250.00 was reasonable. Though Benson was given in correct information about the job, he still forward with what he could do. Based on the photo(s) I'm adding shows Benson's work result which was exemplary inspte of the dark, cold, and the solid ice. Respectfully, Customer Ferman A. Travers Problem: Thumbtack, Angie, or Handi sent two pro's to my home, both were provided the incorrect information of what my requested. If space allows here I will share the request form I filled out of my requirements. I provided a picture of the work I needed done along with specific a description. Several pro's who were in the area contacted me after seeing job, and were also confused by the job that which was sent out by Angie, Tumbtack, or Handi. I was contacted by supervisor Muhammad and Tyler which per his request, I'm sending a separate email. Respectfully, Customer Ferman A. Travers

Great communication skills! Accepted a CashApp transfer from me. Please work on being patient. The work was done, but when I asked for a dig out and I couldn’t get out they were a little inpatient. Please tell them everything you want done up front and possibly in writing so there’s no disagreements.
