After many frustrations with other RE photography companies, we found DMV in a Google search and decided to give them a try. We have used Christian several times, including a waterfront property in St. Michael's, which required drone shots. He has always been timely in arriving at the shoot as well as in delivering the photos, which are high quality. He and his brother are courteous and friendly, and we highly recommend their company.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate based on square footage, so you know the cost before we ever show up. Photography starts at $225 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft. Add-ons like floor plans, drone, Matterport 3D tours, twilight, and virtual staging can be added to any package, or you can choose one of our bundled packages for the best value. No travel charges within the DMV.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. You tell us the address, square footage, and what you need. We confirm the price and get you on the schedule, usually within a few days. On shoot day we handle everything on site. Photos, floor plans and Matterport are delivered within 24 hours through an online gallery you can view, download, and share. Video follow within 48 to 72 hours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on experience shooting residential listings, apartments, and commercial interiors across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We shoot on professional Canon full-frame equipment with Matterport Pro2 for 3D tours, and our editing follows a consistent natural style built specifically for real estate. I understand what actually sells a listing, not just what looks good.
