At Siman Builds, we recently partnered with DMV Real Estate Photography for two of our latest, large-scale design-build projects, and their service was exceptional. As a design firm, the quality of the final imagery is critical for our portfolio and marketing, and DMV surpassed all expectations.Christian was incredibly professional, flexible with our tight project timelines, and his eye for detail truly captured the high-end finishes and architectural features of both homes, especially the primary suite in our North Kensington project! The quality of the final photos and video tour we received elevated our marketing materials instantly. If you are a builder or designer looking for reliable, high-impact photography that makes your work shine, we highly recommend DMV Real Estate Photography. We look forward to using them for all our future projects!

After many frustrations with other RE photography companies, we found DMV in a Google search and decided to give them a try. We have used Christian several times, including a waterfront property in St. Michael's, which required drone shots. He has always been timely in arriving at the shoot as well as in delivering the photos, which are high quality. He and his brother are courteous and friendly, and we highly recommend their company.

I almost don't want to share this review because they might get too busy.... but supporting good small business is just the right thing to share. They are our go to photographers for real estate now. I've tried many, that are flyby's with a nice camera, or a big corporation that outsource to the flyby's with a nice camera. But DMV had the lighting and angles down for the best pics we've seen by far that's shown in our listings.

Thank you so much for your amazing review. We truly appreciate your support and are grateful to be your go to team for real estate photography. It means a lot to us that you took the time to share your experience. We look forward to working with you again soon!

I had three days remaining before my real estate listing was set to go live. I had delayed too long in scheduling a photoshoot with my preferred photographers, Virtuance. I felt disappointed and needed to find a swift solution.By chance, I discovered DMV during a Google search, called the number, spoke with Chris, and the rest is history. Chris and Tom were able to accommodate my budget, provided the premium service I requested, and even included some drone shots. Moreover, the photographs turned out to be beautiful, creative, and professional. I received a contract on the listing by the fourth day. There is much more to share about DMV, especially since this was my first experience using their service.Excellent work, gentlemen! I will definitely reach out to Chris and Tom for my next photoshoot. Thank you, DMV, for your prompt and professional service.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate based on square footage, so you know the cost before we ever show up. Photography starts at $225 for homes up to 1,500 sq ft. Add-ons like floor plans, drone, Matterport 3D tours, twilight, and virtual staging can be added to any package, or you can choose one of our bundled packages for the best value. No travel charges within the DMV.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's simple. You tell us the address, square footage, and what you need. We confirm the price and get you on the schedule, usually within a few days. On shoot day we handle everything on site. Photos, floor plans and Matterport are delivered within 24 hours through an online gallery you can view, download, and share. Video follow within 48 to 72 hours
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on experience shooting residential listings, apartments, and commercial interiors across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. We shoot on professional Canon full-frame equipment with Matterport Pro2 for 3D tours, and our editing follows a consistent natural style built specifically for real estate. I understand what actually sells a listing, not just what looks good.
