Dionne was great!! I used her services for career counseling and help writing my resume during a career transition. I tried creating my own resume and I wasn't getting many responses for job opportunities. I had Whitby Consulting take a look and I was told I had a vast amount of experience but I wasn't showing it.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Have an initial conversation about your goals and what you are trying to achieve with your resume. 2. Have clients send over current version of their resume and links to one or two jobs they are interested in (if applicable) and have a discussion about needed resume improvements. 3.
