Resume Pricing: $150 Entry level (0-3 years' experience) $250 Mid-career (4-7 years' experience) $350 Senior-level (8+ Years' experience) SES/Executive-level/C-Suite resumes - contact for pricing (starting $550) Cover Letters - $60 LinkedIn Profile Optimization - $125 Transitioning Careers - Additional $50 ***Individuals with more years of experience tend to have longer resumes and different needs that require more time and attention to detail. ***Offer student, recent graduate, low-income, teacher discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have an initial conversation about your goals and what you are trying to achieve with your resume. 2. Have clients send over current version of their resume and links to one or two jobs they are interested in (if applicable) and have a discussion about needed resume improvements. 3. Send over revised draft and allow clients to make one round of edits and answer any questions they may have. ***Career counseling, LinkedIn, Cover Letter, and other services are also available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to hire talent and manage and grow their professional careers. As a former hiring manager, I understand what hiring managers are looking for and what skills you will need to advance your career. I also have experience working in HR for the federal government, so have in-depth knowledge of how the back-end of recruitment and hiring works via hiring managers, HR offices, and USAJOBS.
