Absolute must hire. Kevin and his team installed engineered hardwood flooring in my basement and on two staircases with nosings that perfectly matched the flooring. They also built stair railings from an inspo pic that I gave them (a design my GC said he couldn’t do!) Kevin was incredibly responsive and patient with project delays to delayed his start. They were also very efficient and came back twice without issue or delay to make minor fixes. I would hire Kevin for the whole reno if I could!

I hired Zion to repair some gouges, dents, and radiator holes in my hardwood floor. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable when providing the estimate. The quote was reasonably priced.
