- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With every quote that we send out, we do give you an exact price based on the request that comes through to us. After we speak directly to a client and we see that the client is requesting more than what we saw in their request initially, then this will generally change the pricing that was quoted. Typically, we charge additional for any add-on's that a client wasn't quoted for in their request. Also, our travel fees can possibly be an extra cost depending on the radius of the clients event. Normally, we know how far the client is from their request but in some cases, the radius isn't totally accurate in the request. We do give discounts to non-profit organizations. We also give discounts to customers if they hire us for more than one service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for with working with a customer is to first find out what their needs are. Once we find out what the needs are, then we can proceed to secure the booking with a contract and then setup an in person meeting or conference call to start the planning process for the event.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We offer different services; but most of the jobs that we do on a daily basis, happens to be DJ related. We do get a lot of jobs for other services that we offer as well; however the majority of our jobs, tends to come from DJ bookings. Our client base consists of event planners, brides, businesses, politicians, etc. and more. We have been in business since 2009.
