Introduction: AVG Professionals have been with the Property Management Administration ad Real Estate Industry for over 20 years in the Washington, DC metro area. Experienced in the management of commercial office, retail, multi-family, single family, condos and HOA's.
As licensed Realtors and Property Managers, we are required to stay current on Tenant and Landlord Law, regulations, etc, through continuing education. We provide clients with the necessary information for determine if any exposure to risk exists and together with professionals in the field, work to mitigate them.
Our overall goals are to stabilize the financial strength of a property and free Landlord from the day-to-day management duties. We accomplish this by ensuring we are obtaining the highest market rent possible and by making certain the integrity of the property is being maintained.
Our goal is to bring both landlords and tenants together for the common goal. No two days are the same.

AP Premier Management, LLC is very professional. I was very young when I purchased my first investment property and was having trouble with tenants paying rent, evictions, maintenance, etc. When I found AP Premier Management, LLC I was so happy.
