Selvyn was very responsive and flexible with our needs. He was able to do everything we asked, from fixing an appliance to clearing outdoor drains. I would definitely use Ma’s General Services again.

Was only allowed to choose three of five aspects. I would’ve selected all five: responsiveness, punctuality professionalism, work quality, and value. All five apply to Selvyn/ Ma’s General Services. I would add efficient work. My white gutters and downspouts were replaced with black.

I had a great experience working with him on an exterior wall repair. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why. The work was done carefully and thoroughly, and the final result looks solid and clean. I’m very happy with the quality of the repair and would absolutely hire him again for future work.

I had a great experience with the worker who came to assemble my trampoline and tent in my backyard. He arrived right on time, was very professional, and really paid attention to the details. He listened carefully to my instructions and made sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted it. Most importantly, he took the time to ensure everything was secure and safe. I’m very happy with the quality of his work and would definitely recommend him to others!

Selvyn and his company were top-notch! He quickly contacted me about my project (interior door work), included lots of details and context for pricing, and was very friendly and communicative. Great customer service skills, which are become harder to find these days.
