The job involved adding new wood to a 60 year old floor where walls had been removed and then sanding and refinishing the new wood and the old to create a seamless appearance. In addition, there were deep "pet" stains in two areas.
The finished job was amazing. An untrained eye would never have distinguished between old and new and the stains were completely gone. Other floor contractors had told us that the stains would not go away completely.
As for Crafted Hardwood Floors, LLC , they were a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. The estimator arrived on time as did the install crew. Their price was very fair and much better than 2 other. They replaced a contractor who was hired but then had not shown up after promising to appear on 3 different occasions. The no show threatened the move in date but we were fortunate to find Crafted Hardwood Floors.

We engaged Crafted Hardwood Floors on a project to install flooring in our basement. They were able to work with us through material delays and other issues, identified savings and completed the project much faster than we anticipated. 100% recommend using them for your flooring projects as we will be calling on them again soon.

Josias, and Crafted Hardwood Floors are amazing! They are professional, courteous a did an amazing job with our floors. They came out to refinish our downstairs floors (pictures attached), and were meticulous with their work. They were careful to protect our furniture and other rooms by putting protective plastic between rooms, and even the stairs. The pictures will speak for themselves. They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them and work with them again.

Josias and his crew had a extremely big project with our home. We had horrible bamboo floors installed in our home in Cap Hill D.C. and needed Josias and his crew to remove everything and install new floors....a project I thought would have taken forever. They came in, worked very hard and did an incredible job. I wish I could show a photo of the new floors we had put in by Crafted Hardwood Floors. It was not an easy project, but these guys were there some days from 7:30am to 6:30pm. They were very polite and made sure our home was not destroyed during the project. I would definitely recommend Josias and Crafted Hardwood Floors for any flooring work because like I said, our job was strenuous and tough and they completed the job in 1 week. Thanks again for making our home look incredible!
