- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're offering 15% off cleanings for new and returning customers from now until the end of 2022. We aim to provide an affordable white-glove experience for all of our clients and are willing to beat any bona fide offer you receive from a competitor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client we spend a few minutes discussing their most important needs and concerns to ensure we fully understand how we can provide an excellent service. We also explain what they can expect during and after the service is complete, including details of the cleaning process and care afterwards . Our goal is to ensure each client is comfortable and confident when using our services. Appointments can be made using our online booking platform or by calling our service line.

Our team has 20+ years of combined real estate and customer service experience, so our attention to detail allows us to understand the intricate details that generates a great product for our clientele.
