I have spent an embarrassingly long time trying to find someone like Paula and her company. She arrived on time with her crew, introduced herself and her team to me, and then they all got to work. I am not exaggerating when I say they did the best cleaning on my apartment that has ever been done. I’ve gone through so many other companies who are unreliable, don’t get the full job done as expected, etc. But now, I can undoubestely say those days are over. Her and her team worked with precision through my apartment, getting things done that have truly never even been done before such as cleaning my oven knobs, wiping down the thresholds, etc. I have never been more proud of my home and certainly never more satisfied with a cleaning service. If you are still reading this, please stop and hire Paula right now. I promise that she will raise the bar for your expectations of the MEANING of CLEAN!

We had a deep cleaning of our Baltimore row home. A Total Clean Solution was more than willing to come last minute to help me out when another cleaner failed at their job. Paula and her crew did a fantastic job. She listened to our wants and needs and made sure we were completely satisfied. She cleaned parts of our office that I wouldn't even think about cleaning. She scrubbed scuff marks off of doors that I had given up cleaning. One of our employees recently underwent sinus surgery and she made sure that none of the products she used would aggravate his condition. We have very expensive equipment that she and her crew cleaned gently. We trust her around our tools and equipment. There isn't much more that I could ask for. If you're on the fence about giving her a chance, do yourself a favor, and try her out.
