I cannot express how impressed I am with the initial cleaning done by QMSG. I don't think my house has EVER been this clean, and I didn't think it wasn't clean to start with. They worked hard and delivered as promised. I am SO pleased!!

I was initially hopeful that I would be able to rehire QMSG for repeat, scheduled cleanings. Unfortunately, due to 2 items being broken in my home during the cleaning (a window lock and a custom roman shade), I have decided otherwise. In regards to the cleaning, I wasn't happy with them standing in my kitchen chairs to clean overhead lights (insurance liability issue for me) and I wasn't impressed with the negative conversations about their other clients that they spoke of amongst themselves, while I was home. The worst is when Paula told me there were stink bugs in my light fixture and she had put them in my GARBAGE DISPOSAL!!! That was totally unexpected and wrong for her to do. I was upset about that for weeks...not to mention freaked out by it. Also, cobwebs were not all removed from bedrooms, nothing was moved while vaccuuming and the corners and edges of the carpet were not vaccuumed either. They basically just went over the floor with no regard to the details. They did a decent job otherwise. My final decision was due to the lack of professionalism from Paula in handling the damage situation, which took 3 weeks to resolve. Paula talks more than she listens, and therefore, I am no longer compelled to work with her. I would NOT recommend QMSG. I would caution any interested party that is deciding to use their services.

While we appreciate the constructive criticism, and will surely use your comments to ensure excellence as we move forward, it is NEVER our intention to upset of "freak out" any of our clients. As you mentioned, you WERE present for the entire cleaning and had eight and 1/2 hours (that is how long your cleaning took) to mention your dissatisfaction with the handling of the 2 stinkbugs. I have been educated by an exterminator, who happens to be a stink bug expert, who has taught me how to dispose of stink bugs "permantly" so that the odor remitted will not attract more bugs. It has also been my experience that during the course of cleaning a home..... things happen. Items break, carpets get stained, blinds fall off, picture frames break, etc. I have ALWAYS handled any such mishaps immediately. When you offered your suggestion of a renumeration for the broken window latch and the shade that was stuck in the "up" position, I accepted your figure, returned your payment check to you, and sent you the remaining amount the same day, via PayPal. It was your decision to reject the immediate payment and request a check, even after I advised you that it would take longer for the check payment. So again, we do appreciate the information and wish you and your family well with your new home. We "totally" understand your reasons and your decision as we understand that we will not please every customer we encounter. Although that IS our objective, we know that it is impossible to please everyone. Thank you again and we will use your review to assist us in achieving total customer satisfaction!
