Juan was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely contact him again additional services. He came the day before to assess the property to ensure what was needed for our 20 feet ceiling. He also repaired our leaky sink and provided insight on outdoor LED lights! Juan was able to come to my house the same day that I contacted him. He completed both a bathroom fan install and put in a new electrical outlet. He was very polite, professional, clean and did a great job. I will definitely hire him again.

I messaged Juan several weeks ago about installing a mini-split AC as a supplement to my central air system. The AC ended up being back ordered, but Juan remained communicative and very accommodating, quickly scheduling a service appointment shortly after the delivery date of the system. On the day of the install, these guys came out and killed it! They got the system up and running in no time for a very reasonable fee. They installed the pad, exterior unit, and interior air handler, and didn’t hesitate to provide their HVAC license so I could complete my warranty paperwork. If you’re considering this type of project, use MC Multiservices, they’re amazing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually talk with the customer about the issues and then I check it out and then I’ll let them know what would be the correct form to get it done. I always try to explain the best possible to the understand the process to get it fixed in a best way possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified by ESCO in HVAC, I gotten plumbing training and worked for 2 years in a company in that area and also I gotten a Electric Certification.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started when I started working for a big duct installation company. I have always liked the technical part in what is labor. In that I looked for information on how to become an air conditioning technician and I found a school that offered me the classes to be an HVAC technician. Before that, work on the remodeling area. I have a lot of knowledge of the construction area.
