- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Spartan Junk Removal, we believe in honest work and honest pricing. You’ll never be caught off guard with hidden fees or confusing rates. We price based on how much space your items take up in our truck, and we send two of our friendly team members to provide a free, no-pressure estimate in person. If the quote works for you, we can get started right then and there. We also offer discounts to our returning customers because we believe in caring for those who trust us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be easy, respectful, and quick. First, you schedule an appointment. Then we send two of our team members to walk through the job with you, provide a fair estimate, and if you’re ready, we can get started immediately. We do all the lifting, sorting, and sweeping so you don’t have to lift a finger. Many customers are surprised by how quick and smooth the process is.

Our crew members are professionally trained in safe lifting techniques, customer service, and eco-conscious disposal methods. We’re fully insured for your peace of mind. Every new hire goes through a hands-on training program and ongoing development to make sure we deliver top-notch service on every job.
