Staying in my home for 1 night of dog sitting..Fran came to my home to meet all the dogs. Unfortunately plans changed and her service was not used.

This review IS NOT ACCURATE. Client was confused about how to properly use service for 1st. time. I did a meet and greet ONLY. NEVER ACTUALLY STARTED THE JOB, WHICH WAS TO STAY OVERNIGHT WITH THE DOGS. THE JOB WAS NEVER STARTED DUE TO CHANGE OF LOCATION. CLIENT CANCELLED HIRE DUE TO LOCATION CHANGE. THUMBTACK REFUSES TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM DUE TO HIGH TECH LEGAL PROBLEM. THIS IS THE "YOUNG MILLENNIAL " PROBLEM WE "EXPERIENCED BUSINESS PEOPLE" HAVE TO TOLERATE IN ORDER TO USE THIER ALGORITHMS. MOST ANNOYING AND GROTESQUELY UNFAIR.

Pet-sitting my cat at my apartment. Jobs included: cleaning the litter box, food and water twice a day, giving medicine to my cat, and playing with him. She did a well job considering that my cat is very picky with people.

Fran took great care of two cats - one of them unfortunately got a UTI so she needed to take her to the vet a couple times as well, and that went great as well. With every visit, she provided updates with tons of pictures, as well as advice. You can tell that she cares deeply about the animals she is taking care of.

I offer a "Working 20". Clients can combine services alone or in combination with others for thier needs. More bang for your buck.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have the potential Client read my webpage on facebook: Tuxcedocat Services. A fast way to get to it is to go to my listing on Maryland Pet Gazette. Click on Pet Sitting - Laurel. That will take you to my listing. Click on the Facebook icon. That will take you automatically to my Facebook page. View how my services are provided. If they feel they are the type of Client I service, call me to discuss further the details of thier needs. If it is determined from the call that thier needs could be serviced. A Meet and Greet is then scheduled to see how the animal responds to me and if it would be a good fit or not for service.
