I am very grateful to Kevin Rollins of TRG for all the support he has extended to me with renting my apartment. It being my first time, he walked me through the process, helped me get the necessary approvals and guided me all along (including on rental policies). While it took time, we have been able to place a tenant and Kevin is managing the property for me, while I still remain outside the country. Thank you, Kevin.

I am a homeowner who needs a reliable property manager to take care of my single family home rental unit. From initial meeting, to setting up the house, to applying for permits, to finding the right tenants, to finally managing monthly operations, Kevin Rollins has been instrumental. He is prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about the process and helped me fix a few potential hazards that could have failed the home inspection test in the Riverdale Park neighborhood. I would definitely recommend his services. His fees are fair for the quality of service you get.

My property manager was really on top of this listing. He quickly answered questions and was open about the owner's concerns, helping me work my way to signing a lease. He was very kind and seemed to be on good terms with the current tenants. I look forward to continuing to work with him.

Kevin Rollins of TRG Management is an awesome property manager!! He has been managing our Oxon Hill property since 2015. He ensures the property is up to par and he does everything by the book. I love that TRG Management doesn't cut corners. If Kevin see something is wrong or need repairing, he notify us immediately. TRG Management takes the stress off of the homeowners!!
