- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a concierge pricing scale. I travel to my clients and 35 miles or greater there is a milage fee. If I am required to fly it will be at cost to the client and I will provide my own transportation unless the client and I agree on a different arrangement. My base fee for 35 miles or less is $275. 35 miles or greater( drivable 2- hours or less) .50/mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are three steps: Introduction 15-minutes ( free) we agree to a consultation to assess are issues that must be addressed if a life coaching or couples coaching matter. 45-Minute Consultation - the client and I set several session appointments. We agree on the form of payment and date of payment before services provided. Begin our sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold various degrees and certifications in interpersonal communications, life coaching, divinity, mediation, and business.
