They came out same day, 2 hours after calling them regarding a leaking water pipe in my basement. Pipe was quickly replaced and water function restored. Very appreciative to STD Plumbing.

Not a big job (slow bathroom sink drain), but nice to get a quick response and get it fixed properly. I don't think I needed a licensed plumber for this job. Could have used a handyman, and I wish Thumbtack had given me that option.

I would have liked to check all five choices in the previous question. Very friendly, good sense of humor, informative, asked questions as he worked to make sure I would be satisfied with the work he did. Even redid a recently, but incorrectly installed shut-off valve and didn't charge me. Was on time, and contacted me right away to firm up plans. I was extremely satisfied.

I purchase a new washer and the store technician wouldn't install it because the hot water hose had rusted onto the faucet. The contractor suggested I get both faucet replaced due to the fact that I have a older house and would like to leave it to my kids. He had everything he needed to replace the valves and connected the washer for me to test. Customer service was excellent and I'm happy with the quality of work I received. I will use them again.
