If I could give more than 5 stars for Kavon I totally would. He checked in with me the morning of my service and throughout the day and he was even able to arrive about 2 hours before his scheduled start time. He installed and painted a new bathroom door for me and it looks fantastic; he also did some bulk trash removal as well. Kavon is professional, punctual, friendly and is truly an expert in his field! If you are in need of handyman services then Newman’s Handywork is your only option! I’ve already requested him to return for additional work!

We needed a few small handyman fixes around the house. Kevon hung a medicine cabinet, hung a large mirror, changed our porch light, and even helped move a piano to another part of the room. Kevon was 1st class from customer service to even cleaning up after his work. Kevon was very professional and we talked while he worked to not make us feel like "customers", but more like friends. I'd recommend Newman’s Handywork for all your household fixes!!!”

Great experience being a remote landlord trying to get an appliance fixed. Kevon was proactive and even ordered the part before visiting based on my description of the problem so he did not have to make another service call to fix the dishwasher.

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My prices reflect the work it takes to fulfill each request needed, but with detailed consideration of customers desire to pay a fair rate as well. However, be forthcoming of what you truly need being that it's disappointing to discover a customer hasn't been honest and wants the more work performed for an unfair rate.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Just feeling the customer out per conversation. As well as let the customer get to understand me. We are unfamiliar with each other, but need to have trust for each other to have the needed request handled smoothly in an appropriate timeframe.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have my Universal HVAC License and getting my MHIC in the coming weeks.
