I was a Maintenance Technician for almost 12 years before I started Newman's Handywork LLC. In that, customer service was our primary focus and I have made that the foundation of my company. Though Newman's Handywork LLC is a general contracting company we can be hired to build a children's playset, remodel your bathroom, turn an investment property for your next tenant, help flip your investment property, replace a disposal and I also have a cleaning division in my company. I would hire Kevon again in a heart beat. He was extremely responsive during our initial correspondence about the job. During the job, Kevon was very customer service oriented and friendly. He was honest and hardworking, and we were very pleased with the glass shower door installation when it was completed. It's difficult finding someone who is reliable, hardworking, and fair in pricing. Kevon checks all the boxes, and I'd definitely seek his services again.

Believe the hype! Mr. Newman is the one to hire. He did a wonderful job installing some complicated curtains that required a lot of attention to detail and precision. Also, he’s super pleasant (even with kids and dogs running around while he tries to work). I’ll definitely be hiring him again for all projects around the house.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the work it takes to fulfill each request correctly. I'm not concerned with what a previous contractor quoted. I know what my company brings to the table and if Newman's Handywork LLC isn't the best fit, I totally understand and I don't take it personal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I converse with a potential customer through text messages, in-person visit or a telephone conversation. Emails have worked better for some customers as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Universal HVAC License, MHIC and DE general contractor's license.
