- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the work it takes to fulfill each request correctly. I'm not concerned with what a previous contractor quoted. I know what my company brings to the table and if Newman's Handywork LLC isn't the best fit, I totally understand and I don't take it personal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I converse with a potential customer through text messages, in-person visit or a telephone conversation. Emails have worked better for some customers as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Universal HVAC License, MHIC and DE general contractor's license.
