- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick discovery call to learn more about your space, needs, and style. Then we schedule an in-home visit to see the space in person and take any needed measurements. After that, we create a custom design plan that fits your daily routines, real-life needs, and personal taste. Whether we’re updating finishes or refining your layout, the process is clear, collaborative, and designed to take the stress out of decision-making.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background includes hands-on experience at The Tile Shop, where I worked directly with homeowners to choose finishes that were beautiful, durable, and made sense for their daily lives. That gave me a solid understanding of materials and how to guide people through design decisions with confidence. Beyond that, I’ve spent years self-educating—studying layouts, space planning, and interior design principles—while honing a strong eye for what makes a home feel both functional and beautiful. I approach every project with care, clarity, and a focus on real-life needs—not just how a space looks, but how it works.
