I inquired service for my dishwasher. They responded right away and were able to come out for repair the very next day. I am so happy I chose AFZ Appliance Repair to service my refrigerator. After the Memorial Day holiday, my refrigerator was not cooling at all. I was losing food after just shopping for groceries. I requested a quote from AFC and I promptly received a phone call to schedule the appointment. The repair man arrived within the scheduled window of time. He was courteous and informative. Extremely pleased with this provider! My brand new front-load Samsung washer would shake during the spin cycle. I had someone come out through my home warranty to “check it” and he basically told me it’s irreparable. I didn’t believe him, so I reached out to AFZ for a second opinion. Not only was he able to come out same day, but he was able to repair it! Apparently when it was installed the initial tech did not remove the “shipping” screws. He also took the time to educate us on proper usage and care. I’m so grateful for them! Thanks again!
