- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a first time cleaning we recommend our customers to get a deep cleaning. The price is higher for a first time cleaning. After that if our customers decides to schedule us every week, biweekly or once a month the price goes down. We do ask for a 50% deposit prior to the cleaning to be able to book you in our schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our priority is to listen to our customers needs and wants. Once we know what type of cleaning they want, we schedule them as soon as possible our schedule allows. We are very flexible and understanding. We do ask our customers for pictures of the inside of their house to know the condition in which the house is in and what cleaning we recommend them getting. Every customer matters to us!
