BPM reviews are definitely deserved. Matt’s customer service and responsiveness was stellar. We ran into a hiccup with the WSSC inspection but it was no fault of BPM. The water heater was installed by a father and son duo who my husband stated were phenomenal. They were professional got the job done, cleaned up the area and left us happy. Really good work and personnel.

These guys did a fantastic job of installing a brand new water heater at my rental property. I asked that they pull permits for the work and do everything by the book, and they graciously help coordinate the permit inspection and we passed the inspection easily. Very professional, very responsive, all around great.

Rich is knowledgable, professional, and service oriented. He told us what we needed and why but also answered all our questions to make the decision making easier. This has been a complicated problem and process for us. With Rich he has taken out much of the complication and now it's a matter of timing.
