    I work with my clients on customized pricing solutions based on scope of work/length of consultation/ongoing services; more importantly, helping them to succeed. My goal is ensuring my clients gets value-added consultation and services that improve its credit profile, reduce bad debt reduce operating costs and increase cash flow.

    Conduct a free no-obligation assessment 30-45 minutes to understand the needs, maybe provide resources, and lead my future clients toward a path that meets goals and objectives. Last step is formalizing the scope of work and service level expected.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold the highest accreditation as a Certified Credit Executive (CCE) through the National Association of Credit Management (NACM). For over 20 years, I have memberships with the NACM and the Credit Research Foundation (CRF). My Executive education and professional studies include the Executive Award through the NACM-Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management at The Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Certificates in Financial Management, Strategic Leadership, and Executive Leadership from Cornell University’s continuing education program; a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Finance Concentration, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management. As a lifelong learner, I am an MBA candidate.
