- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing does not include any parts or hardware that may need to be purchased to complete the job. Additionally, all parts must be paid for upfront. Once the repair is completed, the remaining balance is due. Our Full System Diagnostic fee is $35 and goes towards the cost of any repairs, excluding parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins by gathering information regarding your computer's model and serial number, as well as information on the issue that you are experiencing. Once this information is received, we begin our Full System Diagnostics to see what is causing the issue and if we are able to fix it. If we are able to, we then send an invoice for services and begin working on the repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our technicians has over 6 years of experience working in the IT industry. This includes hardware and software repairs for Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Tablets, and Video Game Consoles. Our senior technicians are also extremely knowledgeable in Network Administration and Server Deployment.
