- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing does not include any parts or hardware that may need to be purchased to complete the job. Additionally, our Full System Diagnosis fee goes towards the cost of any service you choose to add.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process involves gathering some basic information from the customer, separate from our diagnostics, to ensure that we are able to service them. If we are, we then send our invoice for the services requested and begin to troubleshoot or repair the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Each member of our team has more than 5 years of IT experience, working with both hardware and software issues. Additionally, our team is well versed in networking and server administration.
