- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically you tell me the services you would like to have done, and I quote you a price. We set up a date and time for the service. When I arrive, you may give me a general walkthrough of everything you like to have done. If you can't be home, that's fine. You can leave me a list, when I'm finished, I will send you pictures of the work done. If you are not completely satisfied, I will come back to finish whatever is necessary to your satisfaction. We will give you up front pricing, courtesy, and professionalism. All we ask is be up front and honest with what you have and what you need done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working part time cleaning at various locations over 10 years. Our junk specialist has been in the junk and professional moving services for over 20 years.
