- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us, we’ll schedule a free estimate appointment that includes a thorough inspection to address your concerns and help prevent future issues. Once completed, your detailed estimate will be sent directly to your email. We're always happy to answer any questions you may have, and if you're working with your insurance company, we’re more than happy to assist with that process as well. Once the estimate is approved, we’ll get you on the schedule.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When you're looking for a roofer, my advice is not to compare apples to oranges. Every contractor operates differently, and it’s important to look beyond just the price. We take great pride in the quality of our work and make customer service our top priority. We don’t believe in upselling services you don’t need. Our goal is always to provide honest recommendations and long-lasting solutions. Choose a contractor who communicates clearly, stands by their work, and truly cares about your property.
