Arlon returned message promptly, seemed eager to do the job, but kept me waiting 2-3 hrs for him to show up to see the job in person. Kept asking if i had product at the house, which is also kind of a red flag. Especially since I gave him the address, and he never showed up. Just kept saying he was coming at 430, the 530, then 630, and finally when he said 730 I respectfully declined.
