Top Remodeling is a top notch company. From the beginning of the process until the end, the contractors and PM were very engaging for every detail. Communication was constant, which is rare in this industry and the quality of the work was amazing. Had 0 issues from beginning to end. Will definitely be using them again for all our future renovations!

Working with Top Remodeling was an amazing and professional experience from the initial meeting, the quoting process, picking the our tile, and finally the installation! The communication from the front office was excellent and always right on time when we had questions. Our shower and tub work looks incredible.!

I gave the company my specific project details. They set up an appointment quickly and the professional arrived on time. It was awkward though because he was only here for 5 mins because he quickly decided the project was not within his parameters. He seemed annoyed and left quickly leaving me and my partner confused and embarrassed. It was disappointing because I did all of the work to accurately and clearly describe the project, but they sent someone anyways and wasted everyone's time. I wish they hadn't set up the appointment if they knew they wouldn't do the project.

Hi Monica. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We suggested a handyman for this job, as it was so small. We thought you could save a substantial amount of money by going that route. I am sorry if the project manager seemed annoyed, but I can assure that he was not. Sometimes we can get all the details possible, but once we are onsite, we sometimes decide that we may not be a good fit for the project. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding or bad feelings. Working with Ben to get the quote and then add to it was easy. They started promptly. But then it went downhill. The subcontractors they used were unprofessional, made mistakes that then had to be fixed. Communication with the PM and to them was terrible. I would tell the PM what I needed, and they wouldn’t communicate in time before something was finished the wrong way. No real plan for timing was laid out. For what I paid, I would have expected better finishes on the tile work and caulking. I m satisfied as best I think they can manage with the fixes. Would not recommend them
