From the first day the rep, supervisor and crew were kind and prompt. They worked hard and are good people. My bathroom wasn't just a remodel, it was a room remodel. Took it all the way down to the studs. Replaced and added studs plumbing and insulation. We are so pleased with the results. It is a totally different room. It is bright and sunny and comfortable. The work crew and supervisor always answered my questions and explained the work being done. I would hire them again and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

My job with this company was finished in July 2025, but I am just writing this review because I just needed a break from thinking about the extreme stress and unprofessionalism we experienced. We had a very difficult time with this company. Ben promised us the world before money was paid and we had hoped that we had chosen the right company, but after we signed the contract, things changed. We were lied to about the permit submission date, according to the county, and we did not feel valued as a customer. No communication, missed appointments, no timeline for work to be done or completed, I could go on. We cut our vacation short for a promised appointment that never happened with no communication!! The work was finally completed, but if I could go back I would never have hired Top Remodeling. If you decide to hire this company, make sure you get a permit for the work to make sure it is done correctly, get a typed contract and do not be pressured to sign until you have had ample time to review it. Also, make sure it includes in the contract that “someone will be onsite to review the work” to ensure it is done professionally and correctly. I wish someone has written an honest review about this company before I hired them. We have more work to be done…but for these reasons I would never consider Top Remodeling again.

I gave the company my specific project details. They set up an appointment quickly and the professional arrived on time. It was awkward though because he was only here for 5 mins because he quickly decided the project was not within his parameters. He seemed annoyed and left quickly leaving me and my partner confused and embarrassed. It was disappointing because I did all of the work to accurately and clearly describe the project, but they sent someone anyways and wasted everyone's time. I wish they hadn't set up the appointment if they knew they wouldn't do the project.

Hi Monica. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We suggested a handyman for this job, as it was so small. We thought you could save a substantial amount of money by going that route. I am sorry if the project manager seemed annoyed, but I can assure that he was not. Sometimes we can get all the details possible, but once we are onsite, we sometimes decide that we may not be a good fit for the project. Again, I apologize for any misunderstanding or bad feelings.
