- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have payment plans and discounts for work done the same day of service if needed. But must be discussed at the time of scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain the options and treatment process along with hearing feedback from the customer. Another thing I like about being self employed is I give every my full attention and hear their feedback and if needed I can work with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take a yearly test of new and up to date state test information
