My chromebook had problem charging. Jaime quickly figured the potential problems, and ruled out some by testing. After changing one small part, the chromebook is back to work magically! He is pretty easy going, and trustworthy. This is his side work, so his response might not be immediate, but he will get back to you within a day. He can respond pretty quickly most time, though. Highly recommend!
