Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My work stands out because I build/design what *you* want. Too often I have met contractors who build what they want to, without asking approval from the clients. I will never do that, and I will make sure your project is as perfect as your dream of it was. I enjoy the constant challenges. The work is easy - just common labor. It is making sure that my customers are as thrilled as I am with the outcome of the project that keeps me motivated and happy.

We first met CJ as he was building a koi pond outside of his own house - it was beautiful! After speaking with him about our own ideas for the house, he agreed to help us remove some shrubbery from beside our house and replace it with a half-fence and flower plot. We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, we had him replace and upgrade many lights throughout our home and are now discussing his installing new hardwood floors throughout the entire house. CJ explains everything he is doing and keeps us abreast of his progress - he is great!

FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently got a phone call from a family with an 13- and 8-year old girl. They shared a half-bath and were constantly arguing over their spaces. I removed the 30" single sink vanity, moved the toilet, and replaced it all with a 72" double sink vanity. To make it all custom, I also retiled the floor and shower area with 12x24 slate and 6x12" blue tile accent. Beautiful!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't always hire the cheapest person or the most expensive. See what they are offering. Many providers just double the material price to be their labor costs as an estimate - no matter if you've picked a $2 sq. foot floor or a $10 one ($4 to $20 labor). I will always provide you with a true material price (no markup) with a true estimate on labor costs.
