My husband and I had Christmas pictures done two weeks ago. Out of 10 pics two turned out okay. The sun was directly in our eyes, I told Dorothy about the sun she told me that she doesn’t recall & as she was shooting I kept telling her the sun is in our eyes . Very disappointed! Just an apology nothing like let me give you half back or offer another shoot in the spring. We even did a shoot with our dog both of our eyes are closed and my dog doesn’t even look right then she took the second photo of us (with dog ) and made it black and white . Definitely will give her a two star rating! Hope this helps others
