- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I believe in all people and see their strengths often before they see them in themselves. By teaching people how they can become their greatest authentic-self, giving them the tools, they can learn to manage their life, illness, and direction of their journey and future.

As I plant seeds of hope to inspire your strengths, future, and authentically U self to grow you will start planting seeds you invision will help you. I can help you gain mind/body and spiritual insight and healing to encourage you to strengthen your whole self. I will give home work of techniques to practice to empower you to believe in yourself and accept others. Your perception will determine your destiny. Once you have a healthy, positive perception your feelings and actions will be positive too. You are in charge of your destiny when you understand you are not your thoughts, feelings, or actions. You are your essence and light within that can inspire yourself and others.

Look for a sincere, authentic person who is doing their job for all the right reasons to help you along YOUR JOURNEY.
