- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have proprietary software that allows us to be detailed and consistent with our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and I provide a free on site painting estimate. Please phone my call center to schedule or contact me direct on my cell. Once customer approves our quote, we request a 1/3 deposit and a Five Star representative Salesperson or Production Manager gets in touch with customer to schedule the work. We always walk the project with our customers at the job start to ensure everyone has the same understanding. E.g. colors, # of coats, and the daily schedule. Any existing damage E.G. broken windows, existing substandard paint lines, repairs or drips will be identified at this time to avoid misunderstanding at the end of the project. We check our jobs daily and make ourselves available to our customers for any issues that may arrise. At job completion, we walk around again with the customer to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the final product. At that time we request final payment. All unused paint will be left for the customer.

BA degree in Interior Design from Mount Vernon College
