- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and reasonable pricing based on the scope of work being completed. Additionally we reward loyalty, we offer discounts to returning customers or to new customers that have been referred to us from previous clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the customers needs first and foremost for example, urgency, and entire scope of work. Once on site we confirm the scope of work and ensure any additional resources that are needed to complete the job are present. After the job is completed we confirm that all junk has been cleared and the space is clean. Additionally we take photos before and after which helps us ensure the designated space(s) have been cleared properly. We love taking on new customers as it gives us a chance to further establish relationships that last a long time.

We've been in business since 2012 and have a team equipped to handle all types of jobs large or small.
