I had a fantastic experience with Terry Boykin JunkRemoval! They were kind, quick, and professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they arrived on time, and the price was exactly what they quoted.
They removed a heavy recliner, dresser, dining table and chairs, and several large bags of trash with no issues. They even took an extra piece that wasn’t part of my original request because they still had room on the truck, which I really appreciated.
They made what felt like an overwhelming project so much easier. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and efficient junkremoval, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

10/10 experience from Terry Boykin. I had an excellent experience with this company for office junkremoval. From the first call to the final pickup, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They arrived exactly on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and handled everything efficiently.
What stood out most was the care they took when removing our old office furniture. Even though the items were being discarded, they treated the furniture and our office space with respect, making sure nothing was damaged during the removal. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and reasonable pricing based on the scope of work being completed. Additionally we reward loyalty, we offer discounts to returning customers or to new customers that have been referred to us from previous clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the customers needs first and foremost for example, urgency, and entire scope of work. Once on site we confirm the scope of work and ensure any additional resources that are needed to complete the job are present. After the job is completed we confirm that all junk has been cleared and the space is clean. Additionally we take photos before and after which helps us ensure the designated space(s) have been cleared properly. We love taking on new customers as it gives us a chance to further establish relationships that last a long time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in business since 2012 and have a team equipped to handle all types of jobs large or small.
