- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding exactly what my clients need through a series of case specific questions. After the needs of my client are clear, we ensure a solid appointment. I then follow up with my clients to verify the date is still good for them. I’ll prep my vehicle with an accommodating rig to support the payload. Complete the job, clean up any messes made. I end by a sincere salutation and part ways. After the job has been completely I always consult with my customer to see how much happier they were with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m proficient in several languages. Communication is a must.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided that owning a flatbed truck gave me a leg up. There’s always work when you have a truck.
