An excellent female contractor with great vision and execution. She took over my project of a complete home reno with a 2 story extension from a corrupt contractor who after 7 months completed nothing more than demo. After I do the initial estimate, I will provide my customers with a quote for the project. For larger projects I provide them with a contract to sign.
