We hired Rafael to install a continuous handrail on one side of our basement staircase. He did an outstanding job! The rails are beautiful and sturdy. Rafael even matched the custom stain of the rail on the opposite wall. Don’t hesitate to entrust your next rail project to JM Company.

Raphael was very responsive, courteous, punctual, and he is a master at his craft. They did an excellent job on the project and Raphael even suggested I keep my old railing and repair that instead of buying a new one, which ended up working out well for the project completion; I greatly appreciated his guidance. It’s rare to find expert metalworking professionals who take pride in their craft, and so I highly recommend JM Company! See attached before and after photos.
Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail, fixed all the holes and gaps in the rail. Paint looks incredible, cleaned as they worked. Top notch! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to refresh their stairs.
Rafael was a pleasure to work with. He refinished the handrails on my staircases when I changed the flooring and went with darker floors. Rafael was one of the few companies willing to take on this meticulous work because of the level of attention and detail it takes. I had a request after he finished the project and he came back to take care of it. I’m very pleased with the results!
I called to get an estimate they came right away and I told them what I wanted and the finish and the material he said no problem measured everything took a bunch of pictures and in an hour or so later I had an estimate that was a fair price for what needed to be done . When I accepted the estimate, he thanked me and told me. That they would fabricate the rails which would take a few weeks and then I would go to the paint shop. Also would take a few weeks to get done the day that he pick them up from the paint shop. He called me and asked if he could come out and install. They installed the rails look great and professional job professional company. I would definitely recommend them.
