- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive without any hidden fees. With a free on-site inspection, we eliminate the unknown and surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's starts with the initial conversation to understand the situation, next will be to set up a on-site inspection (takes between 20 to 40 minutes), as soon as we see and inspect the problem, we can email a formal quote. Once the customer agrees to our proposal, we will schedule when our crews can start work. Most water damage and mold remediation processes takes 1 to 3 days (depending on the size). After the physical work has been done, most of the times we leave the machines to work for 2-3 additional days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In water damage and mold remediation industry there are many techniques and new ideas to learn. We always stay up to date with the latest and greatest. Our field and office crews are trained and experienced for any type of water or mold damage. We are an IICRC certified company.
