- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer has decided to work with us with work with them to select/design a photo layout to complement their event. We use electronic rental agreements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an event photographer and have experience working in the hospitality industry so I understand the importance of customer service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done a variety of events such as Weddings, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, Sweet 16, Corporate Events, Fundraisers, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Retirement parties, Class Reunions, etc.
