Introduction
The biggest difference between me and other property managers is that I do not cut corners. We offer professional photography, floorplans, and 3-D virtual tours on every single property we list. Also, rather than normal property management hours, we work Realtor hours, which means we don’t turn off on Friday at 5 PM. Our hours are 8 am - 8 pm every day of the week and we offer an after-hours emergency line as well. This increased availability leads to better communication, happier tenants and lower vacancy rates.

The best of the best! DAnn made sure that the place was exactly what I wanted - she worked at my pace and helped negotiate a great deal. She went above and beyond with connecting with seller agents and fighting for what I stated I wanted (no matter if they werent standard requests lol) she always keeps her clients interest at heart. DAnn was absolutely incredible to work with! She guided our selling AND buying process from start to finish and we couldnt have done it without her. We purchased in North Bethesda in 2021 as first time homebuyers and then sold for a job move in 2024. Along the way, she helped us with staging and project recommendations, listing price and sellers strategy, and negotiation.
