His observation skills are unmatched, he noticed the doorknob was broken and offered to repair it. In the blink of an eye he purchased a lock gave me the choice of finish (silver or gold) and installed it immediately. I noticed the trim to the entrance of my attic had split, he replaced, installed and painted it. The strike plate on my media room door was in the wrong position, he fixed it and the door closes perfectly. He works clean and neat, vacuuming and tidying as he completes the requested task. Mr. Hakimi is polite, warm, friendly, humble and skilled. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM! 10 stars! I'm sharing before and after photos so you can see his work."See more
