I contacted several other companies and when I mentioned my water heater is not working, most of the companies started to ask how old is my water heater (it is 9 years old) and were so eager to sell a new water heater unit rather than listening to what problems I have found with my water heater. Water heaters have a light that gives out error codes and I explained about the code to other companies but seems to be negligible or ignorant of what I have explained. A long story short, the problem was my blower (power vent) and as soon as it was replaced, my water heater works great. Russ was able to diagnose the problem and able to find how the blower got broken."See more

He communicated his time of arrival clearly and showed up exactly when promised. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty flame sensor, then took the extra time to double-check the entire system to ensure nothing else was causing the problem. He explained the plan of action clearly, including how the part would be obtained and installed properly. After completing the repair, he thoroughly tested his work and answered all of my questions before leaving. Very professional, respectful, and punctual. I will absolutely be using this company for seasonal inspections going forward and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of HVAC maintenance or repair—especially during the winter season.
