Unfortunately, following an ice storm it failed again.The technician who had been so helpful could not respond because his truck was stuck in the ice. I reached out on Thumbtack and Climate Control Systems responded immediately and scheduled a service call for the next day. Later that night the first service tech alerted me he was able to free his vehicle and would return the next day. While I ended up canceling my appointment with Climate Control, I was so impressed with their rapid response and professionalism, they absolutely deserve 5 stars. At a time when heating repair service was at peak demand, they could not have been more helpful and gracious. I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future."See more
