I am incredibly impressed with the service provided by Eli, who was able to come out quickly to service my AC unit 😅 After I described the issue, Eli immediately knew how to repair it. He luckily had the part on hand and was ready to go to work right away. In less than an hour, he had our AC unit back up and running 💨 he even changed my air filter (thanks tremendously Eli. I appreciate you). Eli was a true professional—very communicative, a great conversationalist, and he even showed up earlier than expected. Sherry J. says, "I called my warranty company on Friday, March 11 to tell them that I needed my furnace service because I had no heat. The warranty company later emailed me with an appointment for the upcoming Monday that they had arranged. As soon as I got the notice I called the company that they had arranged my appointment with 3P2DHVAC to ask if it was any way possible that they could fit me in today. I had already been without heat for two days to me calling. I spoke to Phil from the company and he told me unfortunately they were booked for today but he will call me back if someone cancels. An hour and a half later Phil called me back and told me that he could fit me in today at 1 PM. I was so appreciative for him calling me back an adding me on the schedule for the day. Like I said we were without heat for two days and I have my elderly mother-in-law living with me and she had been really cold for these couple of days. Phil and his partner( I didn’t get his name) came out and did a wonderful job fixing my furnace and it took no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company if anyone needed furnace services."See more
