- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and also depend on the work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Understand customers’s needs 2/ Validate the work and give the price to the customer or ask the customer for a photo with the clothing (when it’s about alterations ) take 3/Schedule appointment with customer 4/Complete the task and make an appointment for the pick up or a fitting. 5/ Notes: Rush is 3 days and it’s $10 added to the total amount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did a fashion design training for 3 years and then I worked in this environment for 11 years. I also learned how to create jewelry, handbags. And then I became a sewing and handcraft teacher.
