We recently had a deck built at our home and could not be happier with the final result. From start to finish, JD and his crew were professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented. The craftsmanship and quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and it’s clear they take great pride in what they do.

Communication throughout the project was excellent, timelines were clearly explained, and the worksite was always kept neat and organized. The finished deck completely transformed our outdoor space and looks absolutely amazing.

If you’re looking for a contractor who is honest, skilled, and truly cares about the quality of their work, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

JD and Delmarva Building solutions were outstanding to work with on every level. What started as a reasonably straightforward project on a storefront renovation became more complicated when JD discovered some wood rot that appeared to be from old water damage. I can't say enough about how thorough JD and his crew were with every detail of this renovation. They were upfront, honest, and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to work with Delmarva Building Solutions in the future and give my highest recommendation to this outstanding company.

Delmarva Building Solutions did an amazing job on our house renovation in Easton, MD.! They were able to tackle all aspects of the repairs (electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, siding, roofing, etc.). The lead contractor, JD, was able to streamline this project to meet a short timeline, and was eager to accommodate several last minute changes that we requested. We cannot say enough good things about this general contractor!!! Their workmanship and professionalism is second to none! We will definitely use this company for future projects. SP Ventures

They were professional and qualified workers. They left the job exactas I wanted it to be done and cleanup after. I would definitely recommend them and they were very reasonable. They took care of every little detail I pointed out. JD was great to work with also.
