Delmarva Building Solutions did an amazing job on our house renovation in Easton, MD.! They were able to tackle all aspects of the repairs (electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, siding, roofing, etc.). The lead contractor, JD, was able to streamline this project to meet a short timeline, and was eager to accommodate several last minute changes that we requested. JD and Delmarva Building solutions were outstanding to work with on every level. What started as a reasonably straightforward project on a storefront renovation became more complicated when JD discovered some wood rot that appeared to be from old water damage. I can't say enough about how thorough JD and his crew were with every detail of this renovation. They were upfront, honest, and easy to work with. Roof replacement just completed. From initial contact through completion JD was very responsive and helpful. Pricing was fair and very competitive with other estimates. Work was scheduled quickly and on a date we preferred. Dumpster and supplies delivered neatly stacked in driveway, work started early the next morning. A large crew worked non stop completing removal and installation in one day. The property was left clean and neat and the dumpster was removed early the next morning. Couldn’t have asked for more.
