What started as a reasonably straightforward project on a storefront renovation became more complicated when JD discovered some wood rot that appeared to be from old water damage. I can't say enough about how thorough JD and his crew were with every detail of this renovation. They were upfront, honest, and easy to work with. Delmarva Building Solutions did an amazing job on our house renovation in Easton, MD.! They were able to tackle all aspects of the repairs (electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, siding, roofing, etc.). The lead contractor, JD, was able to streamline this project to meet a short timeline, and was eager to accommodate several last minute changes that we requested.
