What started as a reasonably straightforward project on a storefront renovation became more complicated when JD discovered some wood rot that appeared to be from old water damage. I can't say enough about how thorough JD and his crew were with every detail of this renovation. They were upfront, honest, and easy to work with. JD and his team did a great job remodeling our bungalow. He took the house down to the studs and built it back up. It looks like a newly built home. He was very accommodating given that we lived four hours away. He was timely and over delivered. We plan on adding a screened in porch, and JD is first on our list. I’ll have to add some pictures
