- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project is different, and prices may change depending on the time it takes to develop the project and the materials to be used. I never collect money up front, I like to collect until every job is done
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process in a job begins when I contact the client to give an estimate, look at the dimensions of the work area and the amount of time, materials to use to do a job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an employee of landscaping and lawn care for 5 years, I learned enough and became independent, I did the work by myself, and I studied at the university in Honduras.
