I had AG Heating and Cooling out to repair the AC in my rental condo and the experience was stellar. First, they were very responsive and accommodating so that was a plus. They responded immediately to the request and did not charge a visit fee. They also took the time to diagnose the issue and were patient enough to deal with a bit of complex situation. The units were mislabeled which meant having to coordinate with a neighbor with very little flexibility in their schedule. Throughout the process they were very communicative and share pictures/videos of the work they were doing so I felt comfortable with their expertise and workmanship.

We reached out first thing in the morning as we lost heat due to a Pepco outage. They responded within minutes and scheduled the visit right away! They were at my house within the hour and fixed the problem in less than an hour. They were very prompt and listened to my requests.i had asked them to notify me upon arriving as we have a little one at home that was napping and didn’t want her to wake up. In addition, I asked for a detailed invoice and that was sent right away. Highly recommend their service!
